NURSE and 2 Others ARRESTED FOR BLACK MARKETING OF REMDESIVIR IN DELHI: POLICE
The other accused was identified as Naveen (31), a resident of Najafgarh, the police officials said.
The Delhi Police on Monday arrested a 25-year-old female nurse from a private hospital, along with another man for her alleged role in selling two doses of Remedies vir injections worth Rs 1.16 lakh, police said on Friday.
Police said that another person was identified as Naveen (31), who hails from Najafgarh. A person selling antiviral Remedies Vir injections at expensive prices in Najafgarh was informed on Wednesday.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Dwarka) Santosh Kumar Meena said that on Thursday, the nurse was arrested along with her aide at Nanak Pau Base Stand, Main Dhansa Road, Najafgarh while they were trying to sell Remedisvir injections.
Police said six injections were recovered from his possession and two From Naveen. They were trying to sell injections at 35000 per unit.
The police said that During interrogation, it was revealed that the nurse, who works in a private hospital in Uttam Nagar, procured the injections at the hospital. Naveen used to work in the same hospital earlier.
