Xi Jinping offered help to India amid Covid Crisis, writes a letter to PM Modi

Xi Jinping

The Chinese president Xi Jinping offered help to India over a massive surge recorded in India due to the second wave of the Pandemic. Xi Jinping writes a letter to PM Narendra Modi showing condolences to the families of deceased ones and promised to help the Indians in the harsh circumstances.

In the letter, President Xi Jinping shows his willingness to strengthen the anti-pandemic cooperation by providing suitable help to India in these tough times. On Thursday, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi promised to do utmost in supporting India’s fight against the Covid19 surge and said that the anti pandemic materials produced in China were entering Indian boundaries at a faster rate.

The statement came in those times when India and China had to resolve the disengagement on the borders as the faceoff between India and China is still on in the eastern Ladakh region. In February, Chinese forces withdrew themselves backward from the Pangong region but, the situation persists in some regions.

However, around 40 countries pledged India to help in these tough times which includes prominent countries like the USA, England, France, and many more. India’s biggest rival Pakistan is also ready to help the Indian people in these harsh circumstances in the country.

The type of publicity stunt performed by China and Pakistan in recent days is very much anticipated as both the countries want to clean their image in front of the whole world by offering help. The intention is clear as China intended to spread the Covid-19 so that they can boost their economy and overall developments by weakening other countries.

Thus, the kind of publicity stunt played by both these countries is commendable but, India is very well experienced to tackle these types of vultures.
