Lalu hinted upcoming coalition between Chirag and Tejeshwi, presented soft corner

Lalu Prasad Yadav

Lalu Prasad on Tuesday said he wanted his son, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, to form a coalition with Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) leader Chirag Paswan in Bihar.

"I want them to be together," Lalu was quoted as saying by reporters. The former Bihar chief minister and RJD chief also said that despite the LJP dispute, Chirag Paswan continues to be the party's leader.

However, it is crystal clear that the RJD is trying hard to grab Chirag Paswan as he is shielded with emotional angel over his father's death last year and betrayal by Pashupati Paras. Chirag Paswan also express his resentment over making Pashupati Paras Cabinet Minister which marks the starting of his conflict with BJP too. The soft corner from Tejashwi and Lalu towards Chirag Paswan depicts that they are trying hard to make opposition in the State more stronger.

On Monday, Lalu met with Samajwadi Party (SP) official Mulayam Singh Yadav at his Delhi residence where he was accompanied by his son, acting SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav. Lalu called his visit to Mulayam Singh Yadav a "respectable call" to inquire about the health of the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

Calling Mulayam Singh Yadav a veteran social activist in the country, Lalu took to Twitter in his official handle to post photos of the meeting and wrote that the need for the country is equal to socialism in opposition to capitalism and communism.

Therefore, the RJD trying hard to bring one more state's prominent party into their camp to boost their political career and way to return into power.
