New Delhi: Four men, together with an advocate, were in remission in reference to the killing of a 45-year-old man within the lawyers' chamber in Dwarka Court in Delhi, police said on Wednesday.
three people -- Arun Sharma, Rohit, and Darshan -- were arrested on Tues whereas one Pradeep was arrested on Wednesday from the Shakurpur area, they said. Police said they received info around 11.30 pm on a weekday that a person died because of a bullet injury and was taken to a hospital in Uttam Nagar. The medico-legal certificate (MLC) of the victim was received from the hospital, they added. The victim was known as Swikar Luthra associated he died in a very firing incident at around 8.30 pm on Monday, police said. Luthra had a criminal background, they added. throughout the inquiry, it had been found that Luthra, who was the consumer of advocate Arun Sharma, was out on bail and had come back to fulfill him together with his associate Pradeep and an autorickshaw driver Darshan. Sharma later referred to as his driver Rohit and therefore the 5 people started drinking alcohol within chamber number 444 within the court, police said.
