The Delhi High Court on Friday dismissed an application by actor Juhi Chawla to challenge the rollout of 5G in the country, adding that a case had been filed for information purposes.

The court also fined the actor Juhi Chawla and other applicants, on the grounds that the applicant had misapplied the legal process by spreading web-based listening to social media websites.

The court also noted that the plaque was flawed and could not be retained. In addition, the court ruled that Chawla was not complying with the Section 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure. It said the appeal was not confirmed.

Chawla and others had objected to their claim that it was a proven fact that “there could be environmental hazards” due to the release of 5G. The institute, however, said the case could not be settled in terms of sections 80 and 91 of the CPC.

The disturbance started immediately after the start of the court proceedings, the man repeatedly asked “where is Juhi ma'am. I can't see Juhi maam. "Since the court was referring to the non-receipt of notes by email from the applicant's lawyer, this was ignored by the court.

As the trial progressed, the man began singing songs from Juhi Chawla's films. As a result, the court asked the authorities to silence them.

The High Court has now ordered the police to identify the people who disrupted Juhi Chawla's appeal.
