Nepal President, PM get SC notice in House dissolution case
As many as 30
cases were filed in the Supreme Court against the President’s refusal
to entertain Opposition leader Sher Bahadur Deuba’s claim to form the
government, and the reappointment of Oli as PM after endorsing his
decision to dismiss the House last month.
In Nepal, the Supreme Court on Wednesday sent a message to President Bidya Devi Bhandari, and The Prime minister Sharma Oli, in this case, the dissolution of the house of commons.
Of the 30 cases that have been filed in the supreme Court against the president's refusal to allow opposition leader Sher Bahadur Deuba's requirements to form a new government, and the V's re-election as Prime minister for the approval of his decision to dissolve the house of commons last month.
The five-member Constitutional Panel, headed by the Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana, send a message to the Bhandari, and the Various responses to the program requires a Deuba to be appointed by the Prime minister. The court is waiting for a response, on 23 June of that year.
