The Canadian legislature has apologized after being caught urinating on camera during parliamentary proceedings, a few weeks after appearing naked during a video shoot.
William Amos said the incident happened Wednesday when he "attended a process of the House of Lords almost in a non-public area."

Amos is a Member of Parliament (MP) for the government of Pontiac, Quebec of the Canadian ruling Liberal party.

"I urinate without realizing I'm on camera," he said in a statement posted on Twitter, adding that he was "very embarrassed" about his actions.

"Although accidentally and invisible to the public, this was totally unacceptable, and I apologize for not putting myself down," Amos said.
This is the second embarrassment of a politician on camera in a few weeks.
On April 14, she was spotted naked while calling in parliament on video. Screenshot from call is still widely distributed online.
MP Claude DeBellefeuille, of the Barc Québécois party, revealed the appearance of Amos at the time.

"We saw a member at the time of the interview being dressed inappropriately. That is, he was not dressed. So perhaps remind members, especially male members, that suits and relationships are appropriate," DeBellefeuille said in French, according to a Parliamentary translator.

Amos apologized at the time and called the April incident a "very serious mistake" that occurred when he changed into work clothes after the race.
Wednesday's incident made him move on. Amos is a lawyer and serves as a parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Innovation and Science and Industry in Canada.
"I will temporarily resign from my position as Parliamentary Secretary and in my committee duties to seek help," Amos said.

He also said he would continue to be a Member of Parliament.
The politician was previously an environmental advocate and was first elected as a Member of Parliament for the 2015 Pontiac.
