It has been informed by the central government that health workers and ASHA workers will go to rural areas and urban slums to make the corona vaccine reach every nook and corner of the country and make people aware about on-site registration.

This is the reason why the pace of corona vaccination campaign in rural areas is very low. In view of this, the government has taken this big decision.
According to a Health Ministry data, out of 28.36 crore registrations done through Cowin till June 13, 16.45 crore (58 per cent) beneficiaries have done on-site registration.

Giving information from the Ministry of Health, it has been said that on Tuesday, 13,13,438 people in the age group of 18-44 years were given the first dose of the vaccine while 54,375 people were given the second dose.
