The investigation, launched by the party in 2019 to investigate all forms of discrimination, said anti-Muslim sentiments are still a biggest concern in England within the Conservative Party at local and individual levels. But it did not conclude that the party was racist or that it failed to take complaints seriously.
Johnson has a long history of making provocative and irritating ideas in his work that has included politics and journalism. Calling the cannibals of Papua New Guineans, he said Barack Obama, "part of Kenya", was hostile to Britain and, in a 2018 newspaper column, compared Muslim women wearing veil with "letter boxes" and "bank robbers."
The committee dismissed Johnson for violating the party's code of conduct, but said Conservative leaders "should set a good example in morality and proper language."
Johnson has previously apologized for any offenses committed in his own language, but not in writing. He has dismissed comments such as jokes or public speaking, or accusing reporters of distorting his words.
He told the commission that he would no longer use "any other offensive language in my previous writings" as he is now prime minister.
Thus, the approach used by the UK government is bit disappointing as the value and culture didn't permit us to make derogatory statements on any religion. The other approach is that increase in the terror among the European country's is recognized to be a main reason behind the hatred (unknowingly) against Muslims.
