Poster War: Posters planted to criticize Modi over the Vaccination Policy

The Posters criticizing the Central government over the vaccination plan and the Covid-19 situation were found pasted on the wall and boards of the streets. The First Investigation Report (FIR) has been filed against the 25 accused and as a result, the accused arrested as a consequence of the event. 

The posters pasted on the walls question Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the vaccination policy in a sarcastic tone. The message on the poster is “Modi Ji hamare bacchon Ka vaccine videsh kyu bhej diya?” that means why did you send the doses of the vaccine abroad. Delhi Police has taken relevant action on the issue as all the districts of Delhi where the posters found registered FIRs under the appropriate sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC), Delhi Disaster Management Act (DDMA), and under Prevention of Defacement of Property Act.

The FIRs also registered under The Press and Registration of Books Act, IPC section 269 (whoever unlawfully or negligently does any act which is, and which he knows or has reason to believe to be, likely to spread the infection of the disease dangerous to life) and IPC section 34 (Common Intention).

However, the arrested accused belongs to a lower background and they even don’t know through what means they get that. It is also alleged that the posters were delivered through the means of any political party. The Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi posted it on their Twitter account whereas senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh posted the poster on the main gate of his residence.

 
Thus, the political parties rather than focusing on these types of idiotic measures should focus on the current situation of the Pandemic. The opposition is trying to demolish the image of the Central government so that the government couldn’t take the advantage of its success in handling the harsh Covid-19 situation. The Central Government is handling the situation through each possible measure and as a result of the diplomatic relations of India, more than half of the world is ready to help and stand with India.
