They were found at the Town Hall restaurant in Khan Market
A day after the arrest of four men, including a restaurant manager, for allegedly collecting and advertising oxygen chemicals, Delhi police on Friday found nine more oxygen at a restaurant in Khan Market in New Delhi.
On Thursday, police found 419 oxygen concentrators after raiding Nege Ju Restaurant and Bar in the central market of Lodhi Colony.
Atul Thakur, DCP (South) said in their search they found nine other people eating at the Town Hall restaurant in Khan Market during the suspect Hitesh, who was arrested Thursday when he was attacked at a restaurant in Lodhi Colony.
Police said during a raid on Thursday found oxygen concentrator invoices found on the laptop. High Price Stickers (MRP) stickers showing prices of ₹ 69,999 per concentrator are also available.
A thorough investigation is underway and efforts are being made to find more active people and catch other criminals in this black marketing opportunity, they said.
A police chief said both of the restaurants belonged to businessman Navneet Kalra, who owns several restaurants in Delhi-NCR.
"The case is being investigated and we are getting the role of the owner of the matter. If necessary he will be asked to join the investigation," he said.
