Akshay Kumar and Now Govinda tests positive: Coronavirus attacks Bollywood 

 

India records a tremendous spike in covid 19 cases in the last few days as the tally reaches 93249 cases whereas over 7.5 crore people vaccinated till now. The emergence of the Second wave of Covid 29 hampered a lot of things in the country as many states shut down the theatres, stadiums, and swimming pools due to the ongoing virus in the country. Many state governments put restrictions on the cinemas whereas several reduced the occupancy.


Coronavirus attacks the Film personalities:

On Sunday, Govinda and Superstar Akshay Kumar also tested positive of covid 19. He is shooting for his upcoming film Ram Setu with Jacqueline Fernandez and Nusrat Bharucha in Ayodhya. Akshay is working non-stop since the restrictions on filming eased and completed the shoot of Bell Bottom, Atrangi Re, Prithviraj, and a special song Filhall 2. 

This list also includes Alia bhatt who is shooting with Sanjay leela Bhansali(also tested positive for covid 19) for Gangubai Kathiawadi whereas Ranbir kapoor, Amir Khan, kartik Arayan, Fatima Sana Sheikh, Paresh Rawal, and several other stars tested Covid 19 positive. 

 

Talking to the media Govinda said "I have been testing myself and taking all the necessary precautions to keep the coronavirus away. However, I tested positive today following mild symptoms. All others at home have tested negative. Sunita (wife) has just recovered from Covid-19 a couple of weeks back."


The actor added: "I am under home quarantine and under able medical guidance. I request everyone to please follow all the necessary precautions and please take care."

 


Corona Virus leads films postponing:

This time is recognized to be a tough time for the Industry as many films again started postponing due to the ongoing second wave of the virus. Amitabh Bachchan and Emaran Hashmi starrer Chehre postponed to further date whereas Hathi Mere Sathi also postponed. YRF announced that they are postponing their upcoming film Bunty or Babli 2 due to a spike in the virus. In the market, rumors stated that Akshay Kumar’s most awaited film is also going to postpone which is scheduled to release on 30th April.
