Sisir Adhikari

On Monday, Sudip Bandyopadhyay, the prominent leader of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) in the Lok Sabha, addressed a meet to Speaker Om Birla and urged him to take action in a petition filed to disqualify Sunil Mondal and Sisir Adhikari, who is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), before taking part in the Bengal assembly election, reported.

"The marshal told me that he was in the form of a commission to amend the application for disqualification and two deputies to the parliament to show it. He asked me if I could go to Delhi because I also have to appear before the commission, " Bandyopadhyay said.

Bandyopadhyay was appointed marshal to have the same problem on 3 June. The second call was made recently by 50-year-old BJP legislators or MLA's in Bengal who met with the governor and demanding that all MLAs who joins the TMC must be taken against them under the anti-defection law passed by the honorable parliament of the country.

The team is led by Shishir Adhikari, son of Suvendu Adhikari, the opposition leader in the legislation. "The anti-Desertion law is used in all Member states, and the scene is no exception to the rule. As the constitutional head of state, I have to make sure that they are respected, " Dhankhar stated to the reporters after the meeting.

Sunil Mondal a TMC Lok Sabha member of the Burdwan assebly seat, joined the BJP in the presence of HM Amit Shah, during December 2020.

Sisir Adhikari officially didn't joined the BJP but witnessed supporting the   Prime Minister Modi's during the campaign in Bangal over assembly polls. Sisir's eldest son Suvendu Adhikari who is currently the Leader of the opposition in West Bengal defeated the Mamata Benerjee by 1958 votes in the 2021 West Bengal Assembly Polls. Mamata had to fight and win the election again in order to continue her regime.

Bandyopadhyay wrote a letter to the speaker on February 4 and May 12, expecting Mondal to be disqualified. The petition for Sisira Adhikari, was sent on May 17.
