The bill, which seeks to provide further right of review and reconsideration, is in line with the judgment of the International Court of Justice in the case.

Pakistan's National Assembly has approved a bill that allows an Indian citizen Kulbhushan Jadhav to appeal against the judgment of the supreme court.

The bill seeks to grant the rights in the review of the implementation of the decisions of the International Court of justice. The act was passed by the national assembly on Thursday, after the confirmation of the 21-member of the standing committee.

It was called the "Law Of the International Court of Review, and Revision)". The Government of Pakistan in the past, have decided on the Milli Majlis (Parliament) in connection with the decision of the International Court of justice in the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav.

The law will apply to all, but in Pakistan, and "come into force with immediate effect."

The law, as under the proposal, the supreme Court has the right to work, again and again and again, in the case of the International Court of justice in the case of a foreign national, to take decisions concerning the rights set out in the vienna convention on Consular Relations, or are a foreign citizen, who is injured, in relation to the rights contained in it.

In January, the Ministry of foreign affairs (IEA) has criticized Pakistan for not having access during 2019, the International Court of justice's decision, which upheld India's claim that Pakistan, the government has made a serious violation of the vienna convention on Consular Relations of the several points which are Jadhava. India also arrived in Pakistan to provide consular offices in the Jadhav.

Jadhav, a retired Indian Navy officer, was sentenced to death by a pakistani military court in April 2017. Pakistan claims that Jadhav was arrested in 2016 on spying charges. India denies the allegations, Pakistan, saying that it was, in the Iranian port of Chabahar.
