PM Modi meets with the officials of worst-hit districts, suggest new measures

PM Narendra Modi

PM Narendra Modi chaired a virtual meeting with the state and district level officials to discuss the Second Wave of the Pandemic and vaccination drive. HM Amit Shah, Karnataka CM BS Yediruppa, and Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan also attended the virtual meeting.

PM Modi guided the officials to focus majorly on the rural areas and vaccination drive. At the meeting, PM Modi stated that efforts are being made to boost the supply of vaccines to each part of the country.

”Continuous efforts are being made to increase the supply of the Covid-19 vaccine on a large scale. The health Ministry is streamlining the system and process of vaccination,” PM Modi stated in the virtual meeting.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also urged the official to focus on the rural and remote as it has been seen that the Covid-19 cases have undertaken a massive spike in these areas. He also urged to make the vaccination plan in advance which must be before 15 days so that the stock being refilled as the need for that rises.

However, the government is making serious plans at the rural and remote as it has seen that the government is undertaking all the necessary steps to minimize the strain in the technologically backward areas. The new wave of the virus is severely hilted the remote and the rural areas and as a result of that PM chaired a meeting to keep an eye on these critical areas.

Thus, the government is trying very hard to eliminate the virus from the country and liberate its people from this. The new indigenous medicines and vaccines are also ready to come up as the DRDO’s new Covid-19 medicine 2-DG a day before which is believed to be the best remedy against the virus.
