If any private laboratory has refused to test at the rates prescribed by the Government or the fee more than the rates is considered an offense under the provisions of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, the Kerala Epidemic Diseases Ordinance, 2020 and other relevant such Laws and provisions of action will be introduced according to the laboratory.
