Covid-19 Update: North to South Analysis of the Pandemic

India is heavily depressed with the ongoing second wave of the Pandemic and the record-breaking death count in the country. The Virus is showing its peak in the different parts of the Country as the reports suggest that the Northern India of the country is recovering whereas Southern India marks the peak of the Pandemic.


North India is now in the recovering stage as Delhi, UP and Gujarat the main hotspots of the Virus have seen a great decline in the cases of the Covid-19 virus and due to that, the peak of the pandemic in the northern part of the country is assumed to be gone. The Doctors advised to be at home and follow the Covid-19 norms as the Covid-19 cases can even rise their no permanent relief from the Virus.   


The Southern part of the country is still facing a disastrous situation of the Pandemic as the cases are rising at a massive rate. Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra are considered to be new hotspots of the country in this Pandemic. The cases and death rate are very high as compared to the first wave of the Pandemic in Southern India.


Meanwhile, the vaccination drive in the country is also the interrupted possibly because of the functioning of the system. Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted a meet today regarding the ongoing situation of the Pandemic and the vaccine Shortage to escalate the vaccination drive in the country. 


Thus, India is on the progressive path to defeat the Corona-Virus Pandemic. The country is also going to set up the manufacturing unit of Sputnik V vaccine under the Dr. Reddy Laboratories to boost the vaccination drive of the country. India recorded 326098 fresh Covid-19 cases and 3890 died in the last 24 hours, as it shows the dip in the cases but the death count persists.
