Kamal Haasan, CM or the Kingmaker: Future of Tamil Nadu Politics?

kamal Haasan

MNM founder and Chief Kamal Haasan is going to contest from Coimbatore South seat against BJP and Congress candidates. Kamal Haasan said that his party MNM is going to contest 154 seats out of 234 in the state and the rest are allotted to its allies. MNM Chief also ambushes on DMK Chief MK Stalin after his party Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) is called to be a B-team of the DMK alliance. Haasan said that “they deserve a full night's sleep”.

MNM chief Kamal Haasan emerges as the third front in Tamil Nadu after giving a tough competition to AIADMK(NDA) and DMK(SPA). With scoring 3.72% of the total vote share and 10% in the urban areas in the 2019 General Elections he is addressing mass rallies and Roadshows by covering each district of Tamil Nadu.

Congress leader Karti Chidambaram said a “Super Nota” his party will not going to win a single seat in Tamil Nadu whereas Kamal Haasan loses his coolness and slammed his party symbol “torchlight” on the ground. Political Experts believed that it is going to be very tough for Kamal Haasan to survive in front of several odds placed by the NDA and SPA alliance. DMK and AIADMK have their a strong grip on the State for the last several decades. Apart from DMK and AIADMK, he is going to face challenges from two national parties (Congress and BJP) too

Kamal Haasan slammed several parties these days like made remarks on BJP and said that the Saffron Party is an outsider in the state. He further attacked AIADMK and said it is controlled by the BJP.

Therefore, it is going to be a great battle in Tamil Nadu between three different ideologies. Each front in the campaign is attacking each other without any respect and beliefs.
