Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) Bipin Rawat briefs PM Narendra Modi that armed forces are poised to tackle the rising covid-19 cases in the country. The Indian Army is well considered for constructing immediate forensic centers here, PM Modi urged the army to contribute their effort in making others virus-free. Through, increase in hospital beds and the number of facilities the death toll will likely diminish.
The Indian army lies under the Front line warriors so the process of vaccination for them is already completed. According to the retired army officer, the positivity rate in the defense officers lies at the bottom as compared to the country’s positivity rate. The main reason of army to join the fight against the Pandemic is the situation getting worsening day by day.
Indian Army is not only considered for their efforts on the borders, the CRPF and CAPF solved many harsh situations like a flood, heavy rain, and many more. Recently in Uttarakhand where the glacier burst happened due to that many laborers got stuck into the caves, the armed forces rescued many of them. The army is also considered for their efforts in controlling the rebellions, sets to happen free polling like in west Bengal. Nowadays, the Indian army has stepped into the covid-19 crisis persist in the country since March last year.
Therefore, the Indian Army is not only saluted for their work on the borders but also saluted for their work inside the country in any harsh circumstances. They are devoted to their country and its people.
