Fugitive Billionaire Nirav Modi's extradition to India has been confirmed by the UK Government. The UK Home secretary Priti Patel approved and signed the extradition order on Friday.
In
February, it was held by the UK Westminster court that the extradition plea and
the case had been sent to the UK government for further order. Earlier UK
judge, dismissed all those arguments from Nirav Modi side that his mental
health is getting worsen day by day and the Indian conditions are not suitable
for him. UK Court judge said that the I don’t believe that he (Nirav Modi) was
involved in a legitimate business as find no proof of genuine transaction and
believes that there is a commission of a fraud.
PNB
fraud accused Nirav Modi still has an option to challenge this order in the UK
Court just like what Vijay Mallya did when the order against him passed by the
Court for extradition to India in February 2019.
Punjab
National Bank (PNB) fraud worth around 14000-crore and money laundering case
prime accused Billionaire Nirav Modi is wanted by India since after he
committed the Scam. Many crucial steps against him were taken when he had flown

Thus,
it was earlier said by the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman that the
fugitive Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi, Vijay Mallya are coming to India very soon
to face the law whereas opposition roes several questions on the Central government.
