The shortage in healthcare facilities in the Capital causes lockdown to be imposed so that the government can get some time to heal their healthcare situation.

The lockdown is only treated to prevent the flow of the Virus, I didn’t favor lockdown because it causes unemployment and triggers poverty said Kejriwal. He further requested the migrant laborers not to leave Delhi in the Pandemic as the lockdown will only last for a week and the central government is also contributing help to Delhi in lending the several healthcare facilities.

Earlier, Kejriwal said that the central government is not cooperating with them as they diverted the oxygen supply for Delhi to other states in reply to this allegation the central government said that Kejriwal is politicizing the situation as the government allotted an equal number of stocks of oxygen to all states.

Thus, the situation of the country is getting worsen day by day as the country records 273810 cases and 1619 deceased in the last 24 hours. The Central and the state government are trying hard to eliminate the spread of the Virus by imposing weekend curfews or by imposing section 144 to prevent the public gathering. Some serious steps needed to be taken as the nation recording a huge number of cases.
